TalkPod is the Product Operating System. We turn a brand's existing product data into two customer-facing surfaces from a single data layer: a conversational pod that answers a buyer's question in seconds, and a Digital Product Passport that satisfies the EU regulations now coming into force from 2027. Same data underneath, two surfaces on top.

Why now
Three things have lined up at once. Structured product data, long a nice-to-have for brands, is becoming legally required by the EU's Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation. Generative models have become genuinely capable of reasoning over a brand's own product information and answering in plain language. And the retail barcode itself is quietly being redrawn as a 2D code under the GS1 Sunrise 2027 plan. TalkPod is the platform we built for the moment all three met.

Where we are
The platform is shipped and the architecture is running. We're in active conversation with first-cohort customers across specialist retail, trade distribution, and brands preparing for the EU Digital Product Passport, and the first pilot is close. Our trust posture is published in full, and a Data Processing Agreement is ready for any conversation that needs one.
The platform itself runs as a four-stage loop: Ingest, Validate, Serve, Improve. That flywheel is the organising principle for where TalkPod is heading. Broader ingest sources (Akeneo and Salsify sit in phase 3), deeper schema coverage as the EU's category rollout publishes, and regression testing promoted from a pilot artefact to a platform capability.
