The hard part is your suppliers, so we do the chasing
What a product is made of, how much is recycled and where the parts came from usually sit with the factories that made it. It's the part brands most often underestimate, and the part we spend most of our time on, so your team isn't left chasing emails for months.
Registering with the EU stays in your name
Every passport will also be recorded in the EU's DPP Registry, an index that tells regulators and customs where to find it. Only the business placing the product on the market can enrol and register, so the record stays yours. We've been through enrolment ourselves in the Commission's test environment, and we'll take you through it: the EU Login, your legal representative's declaration and the qualified e-signature it needs. When your category opens for registration, we prepare each submission and you send it under your own account.

If you leave, your passports don't
A passport is a legal record, so it can't just disappear when a contract ends. If you cancel, your passports stay online and read-only for twelve months, a handover window to move them to your own domain or another provider, and we help with the migration. You get a full export of your data.
After that we keep them online for a small yearly fee, for as long as the law requires, until you move or retire them. Your product codes and your data stay yours throughout.
The questions everyone asks us first
Everything IT and legal will wantNo. We read from what you already use, starting with spreadsheets or Shopify, and build other connectors while we get you live.
They will, because most categories are not final yet. We update our templates as each set of rules is adopted and tell you what needs to change in your passports.
We don't certify compliance or stand in for a testing house. You stay legally responsible for what the passport says, and we build, host and maintain it.
We prepare the registration and guide you through it, but the record is in your name, because only the business placing the product on the market can register it. Registration isn't open for any category yet. Batteries will be first.
