Analytics

We use Fathom Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Fathom is a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not track personal data, and does not collect personally identifiable information. Because it uses no cookies and no personal data, Fathom says its service is designed to work within GDPR, ePrivacy, PECR and CCPA rules.

Because Fathom does not use cookies or collect personal data, no cookie consent is required for analytics on this site.

Contact form

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, work email address, what you sell, a rough number of products, and anything else you choose to add. This data is processed by Netlify (our hosting provider) and used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not share this information with third parties.

Your contact form data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain our business relationship. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@talkpod.ai.

Demo chat

Our homepage and the live demo include a chat you can ask about a sample product. When you send a question, it is passed to our answer service: Anthropic generates the reply, Voyage AI may be used to match your question to the product data, and the exchange is stored in our database so we can improve the demo. Anthropic does not train its models on data sent through its API. Please do not enter personal information into the demo chat. You can ask us to delete demo chat records at any time by emailing hello@talkpod.ai.

Cookies

This site does not set any first-party cookies. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any other form of cookie-based tracking.

This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Google Fonts does not set cookies, but serving the fonts means your browser requests them from Google's servers, which involves sharing your IP address with Google. See Google's privacy policy for how Google handles that.
