TalkPod builds Digital Product Passports, the record the EU is phasing in for physical products. We host each one so it stays accurate for as long as an auditor might come looking. And because that record is the richest description of a product a brand holds, the same data also answers customers and brings the QR on the packaging to life.

Why now?
Three things have lined up at once. Good product data, long considered a nice-to-have, is becoming a legal requirement under the EU's Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation. AI can now read a brand's own data and answer a customer in plain language. And the barcode is being redrawn as a 2D code under GS1's Sunrise 2027 plan. We built TalkPod for the moment all three met.

Where we are
The architecture is live, and the platform is shipping. We are working with a first cohort of brands across retail and distribution to get their data foundation ready for the EU Digital Product Passport. Our security posture is public, and our Data Processing Agreement is ready for your legal team today.
TalkPod runs as a continuous loop: Ingest, Validate, Serve, and Improve. As the EU publishes new delegated acts, we add the schemas. As you add data sources, the pod gets sharper. The result is a record that stays honest and a compliance target that stays in sight.
