One record, three jobs
The record behind your passport does two more jobs.
The data you gather for a passport is the most useful description of your products. It should do more than just check a compliance box. We turn that data into a pod that handles three tasks at once: the passport, the customer conversation, and the label.
We connect to your existing systems, including your PIM, ecommerce platform, product data, CSV files, and any API you currently use.

The card here is a live passport. Open it, and you see exactly what an auditor sees, and what a customer scanning the QR sees. It is one record, at one address, telling everyone the same story.
A passport needs to stay honest for years. Because of that, every field is either filled in or clearly marked as missing, every change is dated and attributed, and the whole thing lives at a permanent web address. A label you print in 2027 will still open just fine in 2032.

Ask the product a question.
The demo below is a working pod drawing on structured product data. Ask any question, whether you are thinking about buying or have used the product for months, and it answers in seconds. If the data does not cover it, the pod tells you so rather than guessing.
Every question is recorded. That way, your brand sees what customers actually ask, where the catalogue confuses them, and what to build or update next. Your customer service team does less legwork, and you get a sharper product roadmap.
Hi. I'm a Forgewell HD 130 Pro pressure washer. Pressure, flow, what I'll handle on a job, accessories, fault-finding. Anything you'd usually have to ring the trade desk for.
The same pod, all the way through a product's life.

Retail barcodes are becoming QR codes.
GS1's Sunrise 2027 plan aims for tills in 51 countries, covering about 90 per cent of global GDP, to read 2D codes by the end of 2027. It is an industry target, not a law, and it will happen shop by shop. Some brands treat this as just a printer change. They miss how much more a 2D code carries than a standard barcode, which is exactly what we have been building.
The same code can carry ingredients, origin, allergens, sustainability data, usage instructions, and care guidance. Packaging stops being just a printed surface and becomes a place where the brand can keep talking to the buyer long after the receipt prints.
The QR above is live, so aim your phone at it or tap through and you'll land exactly where a customer would, at talkpod.ai/scan/forgewell-hd-130-pro
