What this connection does
Turn Shopify into a conversation customers can have.
- Products, variants, collections and inventory levels come through directly
- Webhooks mean the pod is in lockstep with the storefront. If you change a price at 11.04, the pod is quoting the new price by 11.05
- Custom metafields, where most brands keep their richer product detail, are first-class to the pod, not a second thought
- Variant logic is preserved, so a customer asking which size is in stock gets the size-level answer, not the parent-product answer
How it connects
Admin REST or GraphQL API.
We use Shopify's Admin API. The connector pulls products, variants, collections, inventory and any metafields your brand has set up, listens for webhooks so updates are quick, and never writes back to the store.
