TalkPod + SAP
Enterprise ERP suite (S/4HANA, ECC, Business One). The system of record for stock, pricing, customer hierarchies and operational data at large companies.
No connector built pre-emptively. We scope and build it inside the pilot, using whatever the source supports.
What this connection does
Turn SAP into a conversation customers can have.
- Stock and lead-time questions get a real number, not yesterday's number from a stale extract
- Customer-specific pricing surfaces when the conversation is authenticated, so a B2B buyer's contract pricing shows up rather than the list price
- Material master data is the foundation, which means the pod knows the technical spec, not only the marketing pitch
- Existing middleware (Boomi, MuleSoft, SAP Integration Suite) is where most of the work has already happened. We sit on top of it rather than rebuild it
How it connects
OData API or middleware export.
Most SAP installations we look at already have a middleware layer doing the heavy lifting. We tap into that where we can, either via OData endpoints exposed through the middleware or via the API SAP itself ships, and pull the material master, the pricing conditions and the stock projections.
- material master
- stock projections
- pricing conditions
- customer hierarchies
Example conversation
What a customer might ask.
Same shape as the chat on the homepage. Real reply from real data when SAP is connected.
customer Have you got 200 of these in stock for next Friday?
product 340 currently at the Rugby DC with daily replenishment from Brescia. Next Friday is comfortable. Confirm on Wednesday so we can lock the truck.
Your turn
Connect TalkPod to SAP.
We'll plug into SAP, ingest the relevant product or vehicle records, and have a working pod for one supplier or one category live in a working day.
