TalkPod + Sage

Family of accounting and ERP products (Sage Intacct, Sage X3, Sage 200, Sage 50) used widely by UK and European SMEs and mid-market businesses. API surface varies by product.

No connector built pre-emptively. We scope and build it inside the pilot, using whatever the source supports.

What this connection does

Turn Sage into a conversation customers can have.

  • Sage Intacct and X3 both expose REST APIs we can read directly
  • Sage 200 has an API but its shape varies by implementation. We'll often read a curated export rather than fight it
  • Sage 50 typically needs a third-party connector or a CSV export. We work with whichever your team already runs
  • Customer-specific terms (credit limit, terms days, customer-specific pricing) flow through where the implementation exposes them

How it connects

REST API where the product supports it, otherwise scheduled export.

There isn't one Sage. The connection depends on which Sage product runs in your business. The pattern we follow stays the same: pull the stock card, the pricing structure and the customer terms, refresh on the cadence the API allows, and let the pod answer without ever writing back to your accounting system.

  • stock cards
  • pricing structure
  • customer terms
  • warehouse inventory

Example conversation

What a customer might ask.

Same shape as the chat on the homepage. Real reply from real data when Sage is connected.

pod / sage live

customer Can I get this on my usual credit terms?

product Yes. Your account is on 30-day end-of-month with a £25,000 limit. This order sits comfortably inside it.

Your turn

Connect TalkPod to Sage.

We'll plug into Sage, ingest the relevant product or vehicle records, and have a working pod for one supplier or one category live in a working day.
