API integration or scheduled export.
We work with whatever integration your dealer group has set up against Pinewood. For most groups that means a scheduled export of the inventory and parts records. Direct API access typically requires accreditation through Pinewood's partner programme, which is something the dealer group arranges; we plug into whatever's already approved on your side. The pod stays read-only, so customer conversations never write back to the DMS.
