TalkPod + Oracle NetSuite
Cloud ERP used widely by mid-market manufacturers, wholesalers and growing brands. Covers inventory, financials, CRM and (via SuiteCommerce) ecommerce.
No connector built pre-emptively. We scope and build it inside the pilot, using whatever the source supports.
What this connection does
Turn Oracle NetSuite into a conversation customers can have.
- Inventory across warehouses is live, so the stock answer is true at the moment the customer asks rather than as of last night
- B2B pricing tiers, customer-specific discounting and contract rates resolve on the asking customer, not the public catalogue price
- Item master plus sales history together means the pod can answer 'how much do people typically reorder' questions, not just spec questions
- Item updates can be batched (overnight) or pushed live (webhook), depending on how chatty your NetSuite instance is
How it connects
REST API (SuiteTalk) or saved searches.
NetSuite gives us two routes. SuiteTalk REST is the cleaner option for live inventory and pricing. Saved searches your administrator already maintains are often a better fit for the catalogue side, because they sit outside the API quota envelope.
- item master
- inventory by location
- price levels
- lead times
Example conversation
What a customer might ask.
Same shape as the chat on the homepage. Real reply from real data when Oracle NetSuite is connected.
customer Can you ship 30 of these to Manchester by Tuesday?
product Yes. 124 in the Trafford Park warehouse, same-day pick if you order before 2pm, next-day to Manchester postcodes. Tuesday is fine.
Your turn
Connect TalkPod to Oracle NetSuite.
We'll plug into Oracle NetSuite, ingest the relevant product or vehicle records, and have a working pod for one supplier or one category live in a working day.
