- Infor ION is often where the integration team has standardised, and we can sit on top of it rather than work around it
- Variant complexity (a size 14 Long in three fits and four colours) stays a tree, not a flat list

REST API or ION-based export.
Where Infor ION is in play, we use it. The advantage is that your integration team has already done the data-shaping work for downstream consumers, and the pod becomes one of them. Without ION, we read the REST API or schedule a pull instead.
