TalkPod + Epicor
ERP suite focused on manufacturing, distribution and automotive (Epicor Kinetic, Eclipse, BisTrack). Strong presence in trade-counter and B2B operations.
No connector built pre-emptively. We scope and build it inside the pilot, using whatever the source supports.
What this connection does
Turn Epicor into a conversation customers can have.
- Trade-counter context (branch stock, will-call, lift-truck access) is something the pod understands rather than abstracting away
- Customer-specific pricing for known trade accounts resolves at conversation time, not at quote time
- Branch-level inventory updates frequently enough that a counter clerk can rely on the answer
- Sits alongside Epicor Integration Services if you're already running it, rather than competing for the same data path
How it connects
REST API or scheduled export.
Epicor exposes a REST API across its Kinetic and Eclipse products. We use that to pull the part master, the branch stock and the trade-account pricing. The pod stays read-only, which means no risk of accidentally writing back to a live ERP from a customer conversation.
- part master
- branch stock
- trade pricing
- will-call records
Example conversation
What a customer might ask.
Same shape as the chat on the homepage. Real reply from real data when Epicor is connected.
customer Has the Reading branch got any of these on the shelf right now?
product Eighteen on the shelf at Reading. Four more arriving Friday. Will-call ready under your trade account.
Your turn
Connect TalkPod to Epicor.
We'll plug into Epicor, ingest the relevant product or vehicle records, and have a working pod for one supplier or one category live in a working day.
