- Linked entries are followed, so a product page that references an install guide brings the install guide along when relevant
- Multi-locale content carries through to the pod's answers in whatever language the question came in
- Publishing through your Contentful workflow puts new content in front of the pod automatically
How it connects
Content Delivery API.
Contentful's Content Delivery API is what we use. We pull the entries you want the pod to draw on, follow references between them, and the pod answers with whatever your team has approved. For preview environments, the Preview API also works.
