Most of what a passport needs already exists, scattered across your PIM, ERP, spec sheets and supplier declarations. We track down each field to where it lives, and mark the gaps.

Collect what's missing, with your suppliers where we come in most
This is the part most brands underestimate. Material composition, recycled content, provenance and test data often sit with suppliers rather than with you. We run that collection alongside your team, chasing the sources and getting the answers into a consistent shape.

Check every field
We check every record against the fields your category needs and score how complete it is, so you can see what's ready and what still needs work, rather than a status that says complete when it isn't.

Put it live
The passport lives at a permanent web address, one that resolves under the GS1 Digital Link standard, readable by a customer on their phone and by an auditor running a check.

Keep it up to date
Specs change, suppliers change, the rules harden. Every edit is logged with a time and a name against it, so the passport stays current and you can always show what changed and when.
Where we stand
Start before the rules are final.
The ESPR textile delegated act is in preparation, expected to be adopted around 2027. Compliance follows roughly eighteen to twenty-four months after that, so in practice late 2028 or 2029, with the final field list confirmed closer to the act. TalkPod's schemas track the published delegated acts and update with them. We don't pretend to have a definitive field list for categories where the act isn't finalised, and we don't charge clients for false certainty.
What we do is get your data foundation in place so that when the act is confirmed, compliance becomes an execution task rather than a discovery project. The brands that wait for the final specification before starting are the ones in trouble in 2027. We work with the published material now, update as it hardens, and keep you ahead of the timeline rather than behind it.
